Rob Schenk concentrates his practice in defusing business conflicts through litigation, negotiation, and determination. Rob's approach to the law is simple: Legal services should be considered an extension of a company's operations, and undertaken solely for the purposes of recapturing profit or preventing profit loss. Rob's clients include international publically traded companies, mom and pop startups, LLCs, and his nieces' lemonade stand.
Rob received his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon graduation, Rob began work as an associate attorney at Carreras & Lemoine, LLP, an international business law and litigation firm based in Paris, France. There, Rob honed his advocacy skills while representing companies and individuals involved in international litigation and arbitration.
While attending Georgia State University College of Law, Rob participated in the Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Program as a Vice-President. Rob was only a handful of students selected by the faculty for Pupil Membership into the Bleckley Inn of Court, a prestiguous litigation honors society. During his third year of study, Rob clerked for the Honorable Thelma Cummings-Moore in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia.
